Tires for your Indian Motorcycle
Over the past 7 years I have delt with quite a few different tire brands. Harley Davidson for the longest time used Dunlop tires. They had a relationship with them and came stock on all models. The Indians came with Maxxis and Bridgestone tires. These 3 tire manufacturers make a decent tire but none that I have tried came close to the Continental Milestone tires. They have a silica based rubber with a very aggressive rain groove. The milestones make the bikes feel more secured to the road with a better feel in the curves. I have also noticed an improved ride over bumps and an increase in the life of the tire compared to the others. Riders with the big chiefs have been getting upwards of 10,000 miles out of one rear tire.
